The design process continues as we develop a plan of existing conditions that becomes the
foundation for further design work. Our staff spends the necessary time on site to survey and
evaluate existing landscape and architectural features, giving us first-hand knowledge of
design considerations such as noise, drainage patterns, and the presence of pleasurable or
unpleasant vistas to and from the site. We photograph the site to assist in the
design development process. Sudbury Design Group will digitally survey each site to accurately
represent the topography and features of each property. We will also incorporate information
obtained from collaborating engineering and architectural professionals.
Lastly, we will investigate and find solutions to any potential local, state, or federal regulations that could be a roadblock for your project.
